Do I need experience?
Not at all! Our classes welcome all levels, with modifications and progressions offered.What should I bring?

Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, spots can fill quickly—reserve through our website or the Momence app.What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your credit or incurring a late/no-show fee.
CANCELLED CLASS
Should a class be cancelled you will be notified via email and/or text. Class may be cancelled up to an hour before the start of class due to weather, staffing, and/or attendance.
If class is cancelled you will not lose your class credit and will not incur a cancellation fee.

Yes, our studio welcomes both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.

Yes, our classes are designed to accommodate participants of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through modifications and progressions to suit your individual abilities and goals.

If you do not show up to class and/or do not cancel your spot, your class credit will still be deducted from your account, and you will be charged a $15 no show fee.
Please note, if you are not in the studio and on your mat up to a maximum of 5 minutes after the stated start time of class, your spot will be given to a student on the waitlist, and you will be charged the above no show fee and lose the class credit.

Liability Waiver
I hereby release and agree to hold Hola Wellness LLC (the “Studio”) harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives, all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for any damage, loss, injury, illness, or death to myself or my property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, of the Studio, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the Studio.
I understand that this release discharges the Studio from any liability or claim I, my heirs, or personal representatives may have with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property theft/damage that may arise from or in connection with services provided by the Studio. This release extends to all owners, partners, instructors, and employees.
I release the Studio from all liability, including financial responsibility, for harm, injury, damages, theft, illness, or death.
I understand that to participate in classes at the Studio, I must be at least 16 years of age.
Photo/Video Release
I grant the Studio permission to use my likeness in photographs and/or videos in any and all publications, marketing materials, and streaming or recorded classes without payment or consideration. I waive the right to review or approve the images or to receive royalties.
If I do not wish to appear in recorded classes, I will notify the Studio before class, and my instructor will direct me to a position off camera.
Personal Belongings
I understand the Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I am at the Studio, attending an off-site event, or participating in a hosted retreat.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Advance Booking – All classes must be reserved in advance via our website or the Momence app.
Late Cancel – Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class or late arrivals beyond the grace period will incur a $15 fee and class credit will not be returned.
No-Show – If you are signed up and do not attend, a $20 fee will be charged and class credit will be deducted.
Waitlist – You may remain on the waitlist until 1 hour before class. Once added from the waitlist, the same late-cancel and no-show fees apply.
Class Guidelines
Studio Mats – For hygiene and safety, all participants must use Studio-provided mats and props. Personal mats are not permitted.
Daily Limit – Clients may attend one class per day, regardless of membership or package.
Capacity – Class spots are limited for safety and comfort. No additional participants may be added once capacity is reached.
Sales & Membership Terms
All Sales Final – No refunds on any single classes, class packages, memberships, workshops, events, or retail items.
No Extensions – Class packs and memberships cannot be extended or transferred.
Membership Commitment – All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment with 30 days’ written notice via email for cancellation or freeze requests.

We have a single-stall restroom available for client use before or after class.
Light toiletries (hand soap, lotion, feminine products) are provided for your convenience.
Please note there are no showers or changing rooms at the studio.
For safety, keep personal items stored in the cubbies or at your mat space — the Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
