NURTURE — PRENATAL YOGA
A nurturing, slow-paced yoga class designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. This class focuses on gently strengthening and stretching the muscles of the pelvis, hips, and lower back to help prepare for birth while promoting comfort and ease. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, you’ll build stability, release tension, and connect more deeply with your changing body. Suitable for all trimesters, poses are thoughtfully modified to meet you where you are, offering a safe and supportive space to move, rest, and prepare for birth with confidence and calm.
