Hi I'm Lainee!

I completed my Master’s in Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese herbal medicine from Colorado Chinese Medicine University in Denver.

As a Northern Colorado native, I created Ezer Wellness to support the community I call home.

I believe everyone deserves to feel well, supported, and fully present in their lives. It is an honor to be a small part of that process by walking alongside you in that process.

My work is shaped by my own healing experiences, allowing me to approach each person with intention, compassion, and understanding.

Care here is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in both tradition and trust in the body's natural ability to heal.
